What information we collect

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us. This happens in one place: the contact form on this website. When you submit that form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if provided)
• Your business name (if provided)
• The message you write to us

We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising cookies, or behavioural analytics tools. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.

Why we collect it

The sole purpose of collecting this information is to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it to send marketing communications, build profiles, or share with third parties for commercial purposes.

If you become a client, any personal information relevant to providing our services will be handled under a separate engagement agreement.

How we use and store it

Contact form submissions are received via email and stored in our secure business email system. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond responding to your enquiry unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We retain enquiry correspondence for up to three years for business record-keeping purposes, after which it is securely deleted.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial gain. Your information may only be disclosed in the following limited circumstances:

• To our email service provider, solely to deliver your message to us
• Where required by law or a valid court order
• Where necessary to protect the rights or safety of Digital Treehouse or others
